Welcome to SalsSky — The Ascendancy Portal. By accessing or purchasing access to this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SalsSky. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
SalsSky is a self-transcendence narrative portal delivering a six-chapter digital story experience, community access, and optional live sessions — collectively referred to as "the Portal."
The Portal is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Access is granted upon successful payment of the applicable fee and is subject to continued compliance with these terms.
SalsSky reserves the right to modify, update, or expand the Portal at any time. Enhancements to existing features are provided at no additional charge.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access, purchase, or participate in the SalsSky Portal.
By registering or purchasing access, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not prohibited from accessing digital services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
SalsSky reserves the right to request identity verification where necessary and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Each purchase grants access to a single individual only.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@salssky.com
SalsSky is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
Access to the SalsSky Portal is available for a one-time payment of USD $99, granting lifetime access for a single user.
All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
SalsSky reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee.
If you have read at least three chapters of the Portal and feel that nothing has shifted within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a complete refund.
To request a refund, email us at support@salssky.com within 7 days of your purchase date. No forms. No questions. No waiting beyond 24 hours.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
After the 7-day window, all purchases are considered final. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after this period, or where terms of use have been violated.
SoulFire Session bookings (Participant tier) are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Upon successful payment, SalsSky grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Portal content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
This licence does not permit you to:
Any breach of this licence will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All content within the SalsSky Portal — including but not limited to the narrative chapters, audio narration, community design, visual frameworks, brand identity, written philosophy, and the Ascendancy Portal architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of SalsSky.
All content is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit prior written consent from SalsSky.
The SalsSky name, logo, taglines (including "Pace · Presence · Peace," "Alignment · Resonance · Coherence," and "Clarity · Confidence · Commitment"), and the Ascendancy Portal identity are protected trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
Access to The Resonance community space is governed by the following principles, in addition to these Terms:
SalsSky reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any member who violates these standards, without refund.
SoulFire Sessions are optional live audio events available to Portal members. Audience access is included with your Portal membership. Participant access (the ability to submit questions and speak) requires a separate fee per session or a monthly Participant subscription.
Sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms. By joining as a Participant, you consent to being heard by other attendees.
Sessions may be recorded for the session archive. By joining, you consent to this recording. Recordings remain the intellectual property of SalsSky.
Participant bookings are non-refundable once the session has commenced. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled at SalsSky's discretion.
SalsSky is a narrative and self-discovery experience. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.
The content within the Portal is intended for personal insight and reflection only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, please seek qualified assistance immediately.
SalsSky makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, transformations, or results from use of the Portal. Individual experiences will vary.
The SalsSky Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain high standards of reliability and security, SalsSky does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalsSky shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Portal access.
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal data.
By accessing the Portal, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described within it.
We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (European Union), UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and applicable US state privacy laws including CCPA (California).

SalsSky reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Portal at any time if:
Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued. Where termination occurs without cause, a pro-rata refund may be considered at SalsSky's discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce regulations.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@salssky.com so that we may resolve the matter directly and promptly.
SalsSky serves members globally across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, India, the UAE, and beyond. Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
SalsSky reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Where changes are material, we will notify active Portal members via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Portal after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
